Springfield City Councilman Shawn Gregory receives 700 disposable face masks on behalf of local Mass Transit passengers. The donation is contributed by Sangamon Watch Company in Springfield Illinois. Sangamon Watch Company has been working with local community leaders and volunteers to fight Corona-virus.
So far care packages and face masks have been donated to Illinois Veterans Home, Heritage Health, Hunan Restaurant and County Market, etc. Next week, over 1000 face masks will be donated to Chicago senior homes.
Sangamon Watch Company is glad to be a part of community efforts organized by Blessing Our Community in Springfield Illinois. The donations will go to healthcare workers with Heritage Health Therapy and Senior Care in Springfield. This is all going to 250 Healthcare workers in the morning!!!! Chips and bottled water for everyone and then 3 adult Easter Baskets 1 for each shift to do a drawing!

News/Talk 94.7 & 970 WMAY are paying tribute to our veterans and helping the Land of Lincoln Honor Flight raise funds for their 2020 season. Tyler McKay of Sangamon Watch Company was live on radio at 1:30 pm and honored to contribute to the Land of Lincoln Honor Flight program.
Join us today December 3 at the American Legion – Post #32 from 12PM – 7PM as we sit down and talk with Land of Lincoln Honor Flight leaders as well as veterans and caretakers who have taken the day long trip out to Washington D.C. Stop by and donate to the Land of Lincoln Honor Flight.
